Sharlyn Wilson
- Aerobic Instructor
“Challenge yourself”, that’s
my motto. I have personally been involved
in the fitness industry since 1998, and
as a professional in the field, have remained
up-to-date with my certifications, workshops,
and training. I believe in making healthy
life choices and for the past four years
have been teaching at various health clubs.
Over the years I continually and effectively
motivate individuals in achieving their
highest potential. Currently, I am teaching
Step, Spinning, Body Sculpt, Boxercise,
Bosu and Aerobics. My classes are fun,
exciting, and definitely challenging as
I am for ever creating new combinations
and routines. I have maintained a following
of participants through consistently delivering
a high energy, ever changing, “power
house” of a workout. So, all that
said, I am challenging you to attend one
of my classes. If you don’t enjoy
yourself and get a “power house”
of a workout, I will personally…Actually,
I won’t do anything because I guarantee
you will be back for more. SEE YOU SOON!

Vicki Nash
- Aerobic Instructor
I joined a gym for
the first time 23 years ago, participated
in aerobic classes for the first time,
and started working with weights. I loved
it! 17 years ago, I obtained a fitness
certificate through the Fitness of Ontario
Leadership Program. I have been leading
classes ever since. I’d love you
to join in my classes, no matter what
your fitness level. I hope you will feel
welcome, whether you are a beginner, or
seasoned participant. My goal is to lead
a class that will provide you with a good
workout, but also a safe workout. I look
forward to seeing you at Toronto Ladies
Gym. |

Adrienne
Fraser - Aerobic Instructor
"My love for exercise started when
I joined gymnastics. After 6 years,
I began to train competitively as a power
tumbler and did power
cheerleading throughout Middle School
and High School.
After High School I began doing fitness
classes at my gym. After a
year, I realized that I enjoyed them so
much I wanted to teach them
myself.
Now a certified Can-Fit Pro Instructor,
my classes are a mix of
high-impact aerobics and weight training.
I teach step, kickboxing,
and cardio infused muscle training. You
will never get the same
workout twice from me. I make sure to
target every major area- abs,
butt, legs, and arms in each of my classes
so that you get a total
body workout. Come to my classes, but
be prepared to sweat!"

Marina Tutino - Registered Holistic
Nutritionist
My name is Marina. I am a Registered
Holistic Nutritionist, graduate of the
Edison Institute of Nutrition.
How many of us desperate to lose weight
has bought the latest diet book, or tried
the “as seen on Oprah” diet.
At first it seemed like it was starting
to work, but then it quickly stopped and
you don’t know why. Depression set
in and we eventually gain back all the
weight and more. We can’t ask the
book or the TV why, and the book doesn’t
care about our particular set of circumstances,
but one on one counseling does.
My program is tailor made for you. Best
of all you can finally get answers to
all the questions you have been dying
to ask.
Let me show you what the right Nutritional
Counseling can do for you as it has for
countless others including me. What have
you got to lose?

Gerry Molinolo
– Spinning instructor
Hello! I'm really looking forward to leading
you through fun and intense Spinning classes.
Though I've been cycling to work for over
10 years, I became a cycling fan in 2003
and have been in love with my bike ever
since. I have competed in triathlons (including
one Ironman), marathons and cycling races.
My greatest joy is riding with friends on
a warm spring day. I hope to bring some
of that energy to our classes and look forward
to meeting you all.

Linda Watson – Kick-boxing/Aerobic
instructor
Being from British Columbia, I have always
been physically active, more so in outdoor
activities such as surfing, hiking, and
rock climbing. When I moved to Toronto several
years ago, I found it challenging to stay
active outside (especially in the winter!),
so I joined my local gym. I started taking
the group exercise classes, and immediately
found my new obsession! I got certified
through Can Fit Pro, and have been teaching
a wide range of high intensity classes every
since. If you really want to sweat, and
increase your overall strength and cardio
work, come try one of my high voltage kick
boxing classes.
