SPINNING CLASSES Non-members are Welcome!

Try our spinning class – you will discover what a great work-out it is!
It will tighten your lower body and shape up your legs;
You will burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes – melt it, melt it, melt it!
You will dramatically improve your cardio fitness and endurance;
You’ll be motivated by our energetic instructors and other participants throughout the whole work-out – bye-bye boring treadmill hikes!
