A fun class with resistance balls and weights which are excellent for core conditioning.

Cardio Dance –
A fun and creative aerobic dance workout that is sure to make you sweat!

Workout Challenge -
Sometimes step, sometimes aerobics! An invigorating total body workout combining traditional cardiovascular exercises, sports drills, abs and stretching.

TOTAL FITNESS -
This total body workout will push you to your limits and beyond! Combining cardio and weights, using steps and stability balls, targeting specific muscles will turn you into a calorie-burning machine. All levels are welcomed. Always a challenge!

Boxing -
Builds your strength & stamina. Boxing is not just a power; it’s a combination of reaction, speed and flexibility. This workout will improve your confidence and help to put your stress away.

PURE WORKOUT -
Time-efficient, challenging total body workout with segments of alternating intensity and strong focus on hips and abdominals. New elements every week – you’ll never get bored!

PILATES -
Pilates is an innovative form of physical and mental exercises that rejuvenates your muscles and enhances the overall functioning of your body. The focus is on core muscle groups of the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks. Through Pilates, you will also learn how to properly control your breath... Pilates creates a streamlined body, improves coordination and body awareness and releases stress and tension. The Mat Pilates exercises are great for improving the mind-body connection; the class is fun and good for all levels.
