FIT & FIRM PROGRAM Non-members are Welcome!

Welcome to our 12 week FIT & FIRM program!

Designed for women who want to seriously improve their lifestyle and feel good when shopping for their next swimsuit.

In the course of this 12 week program, participants receive four Personal Training sessions and learn four different exercise programs, which work the entire body. In order to get the best results, it is essential that we constantly modify the way we train. This is why it is so important to learn a variety of exercises.

The FIT & FIRM Program starts with a fitness assessment to identify your goals and set you up with a realistic plan to achieve them. At the end of the program, you will get a second test to evaluate your progress and to determine your next steps.

When you enroll for our FIT & FIRM Program, you receive a unique book with photos and detailed descriptions of every exercise. There is also a work-out log, which tells you exactly what exercises to do on a given week. You will be able to record everything you did, from the weights you lifted, the number of repetitions and your overall progress.

No other gym offers such a program, it is one of a kind! Usually, fitness clubs want you to be confused and intimidated by an array of scary looking machines, so that you can be an easy sell for personal training.

We are not afraid to teach you how to exercise on your own! We want you to feel comfortable in our gym, exercise intelligently, get great results and become our walking billboard.

Just like with our Boot Camp, you don’t have to be a member to enroll in our FIT & FIRM Program. You can get the whole package for only $312 and enjoy the gym for 12 weeks
